Here is my 2009 Demo Reel for the moment and a brief breakdown:

All the Lexington Medical stuff was done for madmonkey with 2 other artists: All of the animation on the reel is mine. Some of the creatures were modeled by Tracy Butler. The texture on the Bloodsprite was originally done by Tracy Butler then I painted the derived bloodsprite texture fromt her original woodsprite texture. All other textures by me. Some rigs were built and edited by Tracy Butler, Jesse Oliger, and myself. Any in game video is with Hero Engine. The music is from Buckethead.
